Because all Devine Designs products are handmade in small batches, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. We hope you understand — this policy helps us maintain the quality and integrity of every product we make.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at devinedesignsbyjessicap@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will make it right.

Unopened Items

Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please reach out before sending anything back.
